Tai Chi
Tai Chi in Brixton, South London
Tai Chi is a fantastic practice for enhancing mental focus and calming the nervous system. Our Suang Yang pattern, with its low-impact nature, offers a gentle yet dynamic way to stretch, strengthen, and bring about a sense of calm.
Regular practice of Tai Chi's slow, flowing movements can effectively reduce stress, enhance posture, improve balance and mobility, while also increasing leg muscle strength.
It serves as an excellent recovery day training option for individuals engaged in high impact disciplines like Sanda Kickboxing. Incorporating
Tai Chi into your routine can be a valuable addition for both mental and physical well-being.
